PLAAY Pop Up Supper Club

PLAAY Studio POP UP Supper Club Hosted by Plaay Studio at the Ottowin shop in Birstol Nov 2019. For those of you who don’t know us, we are a self made residency run by two Amelia's who like to create and collaborate with like minded people. We wanted to create a playful dinner full of tasteful food and creative activities, bringing fellow folks together and maybe even leaving creatively refreshed and gaining a new pal or two... 🙃

We wanted to collaborate with local makers and the changing season which lead us to a table spread full of crafted goods by local ceramic artist FiunderHill and natural wax crayons to draw with by Sea of Grass 🖍 intertwined with foraged decorations collected on route 🚴🏻‍♀️ and a hearty vegan ensemble cooked by Bear (yes that’s his name) 🐻🙌🏻

The supper club was a delightful success, time was forgotten and we had a full house past the stoke of midnight (best review in my eyes)

A big thank you for all those who travel far to join us for this special evening, it went even better than we could have ever imagine! Thank you Ottowin Shop for letting us host in your wonderful space and being so kind helpful and generous. Plaay Studio hopes to host more in the future, we can even offer this service for events or companies that may want to participate in a fun playful way to engage their folk through food and games to get the creative brain going, so please do share or get in touch we would love to hear from you.
