Shipping times and costs are an estimate, and may vary depending on weight.

• Buyers are responsible for any custom taxes that apply. DARN cannot take any responsibility for customs delays.
  

  Returns:

Due to the size of our company we would rather offer alterations if the garment is not right for you. If you do decide to return it a credit note or a refund will be offered. We accept refunds within 3 working days of the garment arriving with you.

• I am happy to offer store credit, or if you would like to exchange your item for another item in stock, I can offer this but additional shipping charges will apply.

• Please ensure all items are returned with original tags and in original condition as if the item is deemed as ‘worn’ or in unsatisfactory condition, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• For any sale items we do not offer full refunds but can offer store credit.

• Please make sure that return packages are insured and tracked, DARN is not responsible for them until they have been received.

  There are ongoing Royal Mail strikes planned for November and December. We will follow the final postal dates suggested by Royal Mail but once your item has been sent any delays are out of our control. Please order before 12pm.
  
  We highly recommend ordering as soon as possible.
