Tallulah Pomeroy for DARN

Created especially for Darn from Tallulah’s home in Somerset, UK a one-off collection of porcelain badges, brooches and earrings featuring cheerful, individual expressions are here to become your friends on your ears, your jacket or bag. All unique and slightly varied in size, they will bring a bit of cheer to your everyday and show Tallulah’s life-like yet playful illustrative style that has been developed through her studies at Falmouth University, Cornwall, whilst working as an illustrator for Catapult Magazine and during her art residency at the Marpha Foundation in the Mustang district of Nepal.

As the co-creator of A Girl’s Guide To Personal Hygiene and a life-long drawer, Tallulah always surprises us with her way of storytelling which is inspired by travel and the people she meets along the way. Currently in lockdown in South West England (an experience she has found frustrating but grounding) Tallulah continues to experiment with her drawings across a variety of materials, including paper, ceramics and on the rocks at her local beach.
